The Little Bow Emporiums T&C'S

Below is our terms and conditions, by placing an order you the buyer agree to these terms and conditions below.

 

1)      Returns: The majority of our items are made to order therefor we do not accept returns on products, the only time this is granted is in the unlikely event the wrong item has been sent to you or received faulty. The buyer (YOU) must take responsibility to check the correct products have been ordered before payment is made. All items returned must arrive back in their original condition, and unworn. Any returns received which are damaged due to customers negligence will not be refunded.

 

2)      It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all safety measures are taken while a baby or child is wearing our products, we do not recommend any Child no matter the age be left to sleep in a headband as this can lead to hazards. For custom orders that included detailed small decorations extra supervision is recommended to prevent small items becoming loose and causing a chocking hazard, although we try to ensure such decorations are secured fully, on the odd occasion these items can become loose, we strongly recommend that no item is to be used as a teething aid.

 

3)      For our international customers (outside the EU), Please note that commercial goods imported across international borders may be subject to Customs Duty and VAT. The receiver of the goods is legally obliged to pay duty & VAT. These custom duties are not payable by The Little Bow Emporium and we do not make any calculations or estimates for these charges, if you are concerned about duty and VAT please seek advise from your local import office. We do fill in a declaration form and place it on the package.

 

4)      When placing your order during your checkout via paypal please take care to ensure your address details are up to date. We are unable to alter any address and we will only send to the address provided.  Should an incorrect address be provided The Little Bow Emporium will not be responsible for replacement items or the cost of re delivery. These charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. If you are requesting an alternative delivery address to the billing address, then please make sure this is completed in full via your checkout via paypal.

 

From time to time and this is a very rare occurrence, parcels do become lost or damaged in transit, the loss or replacement of goods is not the responsibility of The Little Bow Emporium unless the buyer has paid for tracked and signed for postage.  All orders are sent out via royal mail and we do obtain proof of postage.
