SHIPPING & RETURNS
The majority of our items are made to order unless stated on the item in our store, All items in stock aim to be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
All custom orders have a 7 to 10 working day turnaround, if you are in a hurry for your order please contact us using our contact methods.
All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class, there is an option to upgrade this to 1st Class.
· Orders between 1&2 items are usually sent out as a large letter costing £2.90 2nd class postage and packaging.
· Orders between 3&5 items are classed as a small package costing £3.66 2nd class postage and packaging.
· Orders over £20.00 will qualify for FREE 2nd class postage and packaging *discount will automatically be applied at checkout*.
· Options to upgrade postage to 1st class are available at checkout.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and signed.
· Shipping starts at £10.00 for 1 bow (approx. $16 USD). A further cost will be added for additional items. This service includes tracking and delivery confirmation and should take around 5-10 working days after dispatch.
· You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-trace. Your tracking number can be found on your Paypal invoice once dispatched. Once it has reached the USA you can track your parcel at usps.com
