How do I place an order?

All orders are placed through our website

From time to time we may hold a market night on Instagram where we will add sale, new or limited-edition items, for notifications regarding these market nights please follow us on instargram @thelittlebowemporium and turn on notifications for our page


Do you make custom bows?

Yes! Yes we do, Custom orders are one of my favourite things to do as these items are personalised to your requirement, they are unique and most likely only to be one of a kind

(unless someone sees a pic and takes a fancy to the design)


How can I become a Rep?

Every quarter I will hold a rep search over on Instagram where parents can enter their baby/child into the rep search. I will then take forever to choose my team as all the babies and children are just so beautiful. Anyone can enter the rep search it does not matter how many followers you have, all I am looking for is the activity on your account and your picture quality.

Please note I have my team for dates January to April, my next rep search will commence in the middle of April, to receive notifications on my rep search the best thing to do is to follow my page on Instagram @thelittlebowemporium and turn on your notifications.


Do you have promotions/ discount codes?

All of my reps have a unique discount code for their followers, the only way to find one of these codes is to go find them on Instagram x


How much are your bows in US dollars?

All items are sold in Great British Pounds (GBP). To convert to US dollars please use Goggle currency convertor.


Can I combine postage and packaging?

a combined postage fee, if your item has not been processed and shipped then we will of course accommodate your request.  I will then work out the additional charge and request this via paypal. If your item has been processed and dispatched, then unfortunately this option is not available.


Can I wash my items in the washing machine?

Having had young children myself I know that sometimes those sticky fingers or accidental spills can happen. If this does happen to one of your items, we recommend you DON’T put your item through the washing machine. This is purely to maintain its shape and appearance. If you accidently find that one of your bows has been through your daily wash, then fear not its likely your headband/ bow/ turban will survive. I would then suggest you let the item air dry and do not use in the tumble dryer. If your item does require a little clean, then I suggest a damp cloth and air dry.


How long will my order take to arrive?

The majority of my items are made to order (unless stated on the listing) this is to prevent wastage of materials. During normal periods I have a turnaround time of 5 to 10 working days. During busy periods such as special dates or over Christmas, orders are usually at a higher number which will have an impact on turnaround times. I will update these times on my home page.
